Yitai Food develops raw material bases for figs, black rice, purple sweet potato, osmanthus and other crops. Its company + base + standardization approach supports cultivation, processing and traceability.
Base development strengthens raw material consistency at the source for plant-based beverages, grain foods and future product development.
Research Cooperation
Yitai Food works with universities and research institutions on food research, technical exchange and project development, including the University of Science and Technology of China Suzhou Institute, Jiangnan University, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Changzhou University.
Its work with Changzhou University includes experimental and internship bases that support R&D, testing and product commercialization.
